"I can't begin to thank the Laser Electrolysis Center (LEC) for the help they've given me nor can I begin to convey in words how great it is to know hair no longer grows where I was treated (facial area). I started my treatments in 2003. I'm happy to report that for almost a year now I have not had to embarrassingly shave or remove facial hair anytime other than my laser treatments.
I was once a person who was told that laser would not work on my complexion. Then I found out about the CoolGlide laser and I began my treatments. After my first treatment I was amazed by the patches of skin where hair hasn't grown back in since my initial visit. As the treatments progressed hair stopped growing in more and more places. Now I just have a very smooth face and I feel so wonderful it's just amazing that I can now be normal. The LEC goes out of their way to make sure they care for your skin. They know how important and delicate your skin is and go out of their way to treat it like a precious jewel.
The technology of laser is fascinating and I was very impressed by how much the LEC knew about laser technology. The respect and admiration I have for the Laser Electrolysis Center is really quite remarkable because of many reasons. I am always impressed by a company when it's been around for a long time, but especially when the owners and employees know so much about what they do, the company is very customer oriented and the clientele you meet sing praises of their own experiences. The LEC's attention to detail, their customer service, and professionalism are above any I've ever heard or read about. To experience the environment they provide is really amazing. Each visit I've always felt very, very comfortable.
The LEC doesn't just give you the treatment and not explain what they are doing, they also explain in as much detail as you like and exactly what they are going to do when I ask. It was a really great relief to see how my records are kept like in a doctors office so it can be referenced and progress marked each time I visit.
The payment options were very fair too. I opted to pay all up front and they honored the length of time I'd paid for. It was nice to know I had other payment options too. I've priced laser hair removal across the Northern VA/DC/MD area and LEC's prices were very competitive. I don't honestly know of anyone who offers this quality and is cheaper.
It's important for me to be very clear in a letter where I'm giving such high praises of a company, as I do not do this much. I felt I had to write my endorsement of the LEC because of their kindness, professionalism, payments/prices, and the technology of the laser. All of my visits have been an A+ experience. I dread the day I don't have to come to the LEC anymore because I now feel like it is a home away from home that I visit. Luckily there are more places I'd like to have hair removed so I'll be receiving more treatments from this great, classy and eloquent company. :)
If you're going to have laser hair removal there's no place in the world I could recommend more than the Laser Electrolysis Center. I give them my highest endorsement and I have to tell you if you decide to use their services you will be very happy you did. As you can read I'm super happy I did! :)"
